Rental Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Indiatech247 for your audio-visual (AV) and IT equipment rental needs. Please read these Rental Terms and Conditions carefully before renting any equipment from us. By renting equipment, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. Rental Agreement

The rental period begins on the date the equipment is delivered to you or picked up from our location and ends upon its return in satisfactory condition. Rental charges apply for the full duration of this period.

2. Payment and Deposits

• Full payment or a security deposit may be required prior to release of equipment.
• Deposits will be refunded after equipment inspection, less any charges for damages or missing items.
• Payments can be made via the payment methods listed on our website.

3. Equipment Use and Care

• You agree to use the rented equipment responsibly and only for its intended purpose.
• Do not attempt to repair or modify any equipment without prior written consent from Indiatech247.
• You are responsible for all loss, theft, damage, or malfunction occurring during the rental period, excluding normal wear and tear.

4. Delivery and Return

• Delivery and pickup times will be mutually agreed upon.
• You must return all equipment on the agreed return date in the same condition as received, subject to normal wear and tear.
• Late returns may be subject to additional rental charges.

5. Liability and Indemnification

• Indiatech247 is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses caused by the use or misuse of the rented equipment.
• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Indiatech247 from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the equipment.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the rental start date to avoid cancellation fees.
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

7. Equipment Inspection

Both parties will inspect the equipment at the time of delivery and return. Any pre-existing damages will be noted and agreed upon to avoid disputes.

8. Governing Law

These Rental Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Indiatech247 operates.
