Rental & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing our services. To ensure transparency and smooth coordination, please review the following rental terms carefully before confirming your booking.

Rental Duration

  • Standard rentals are based on a per-day or event-based duration, typically covering 6 to 7 hours 6 to 7 hoursof continuous usage.
  • Extended use of equipment up to 10 hours may be accommodated at no additional cost, depending on the event schedule.
  • Events exceeding 10 hours of usage must be disclosed in advance at the time of booking to ensure proper planning and provide a revised estimate, if applicable.
  • Failure to notify in advance may result in operational limitations or last-minute surcharges.

Multi-Day Rentals

  • Rentals are charged per calendar day based on actual usage or delayed return beyond agreed time.
  • Morning + Evening usage on the same day may fall under extended rental and be chargeable.
  • Equipment returned after 11:00 AM the next day may be billed as an additional rental day, unless agreed otherwise.
  • Advance notice is required for multi-day usage or late returns to avoid additional charges or scheduling conflicts.

Advance Payment Terms

  • An advance payment of 30% to 50% is required to confirm all bookings.
  • The exact amount depends on event type, customer history (new or returning), and equipment value.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • 100% Refund — if cancelled 7+ days before the event.
  • 50% Refund — if cancelled 3–6 days before the event.
  • 30% Refund — if cancelled 24–72 hours before the event.
  • No Refund — if cancelled within 24 hours of the event.

Note: Bookings confirmed within 24 hours of the event and paid in advance fall under the No Refund policy if cancelled later, due to immediate preparation and dispatch requirements.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 2–3 working days.
  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method or account used during booking.

Equipment Handling & Damage Responsibility

Customers are responsible for the proper care and safe return of all rented equipment. In the event of damage, loss, or misuse, compensation will be determined based on the equipment's age:

Equipment Age Customer Liability
Less than 1 year 100% of the invoice value or full cost of a same brand/model replacement
1–3 years (within warranty) 70% of the invoice value
More than 3 years 50% of the invoice value

All repair or replacement decisions must be handled directly by us or our authorized partners. In case of loss or irreparable damage, the full applicable compensation is expected.
